Refund policy
At The United Women, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every item you purchase. If something does not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent and fair return process.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition with all tags attached, and free from odors, stains, or damage.
We recommend trying the item on at home and keeping the original packaging until you decide whether to keep it.
Return Costs
⚠️ Please note before purchasing: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend consulting our size guide carefully before placing your order. Once your return request is submitted, you will receive full return instructions by email.
How to Return an Item
Contact our customer service team at support@theunitedwomen.com with your order number and the reason for your return. You will receive return instructions by email. Pack the item securely and send it using a shipping carrier of your choice with a tracking number. Please do not send any items back before receiving our confirmation — returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email and process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@theunitedwomen.com. In this case, no return shipment is required — a photo of the item is sufficient as proof. We will immediately arrange a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
